This ‘80s back unit was very dated and the configuration just didn’t flow right but it was very spacious and with so much potential. So spacious that it feels like a good-sized home rather than a unit.
We wanted to create an open, modern, functional home, with all the mod-cons, lots of natural light and a coastal/Hampton feel.
We transformed the whole house, with a new layout, flooring, carpets, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a powder room, laundry. A beautiful home with a coastal flair and lots of character.
