Church St
This home is an original farm house in Beaumaris. The front of the house was built in the early 1900s and the back was renovated in the ‘80s. The layout was awkward with rooms coming out of living rooms and the bathroom coming out of the kitchen, there were different carpets, tiles and floorboards, different style doors and windows throughout the house, just to name a few.
We changed the layout creating a master suite, a hallway that leads to the bathroom and an entry. The 2 ensuites, bathroom, kitchen and laundry all renovated, all cabinetry updated in throughout the house, the lighting and all electrics updated and painting inside and out.
This could be be a brand new house! A charming, beach cottage. .
